“I’m pleased that’s the case.” I paused. “I should get something to clean you up.” I nodded at his sticky belly.

“And then something to eat and a rest for you.”

“Shall we order takeout? What do you fancy?”

I reached for my t-shirt and tugged it on.

“Pizza, Indian…”
